Business Development Manager (m​/f​/d

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Acquiring new international customers with a strategic focus, as well as developing and maintaining global key accounts and managing complex customer structures
• Coordinating global sales activities with regional sales units and supporting the development of international sales structures and standardization
• Development of customer-specific solutions with product management and engineering
• Market and competition analyses to derive business development measures
• Organization and implementation of strategic customer appointments, trade fairs, and roadshows worldwide, as well as workshops, training courses, and presentations
• Independent negotiation and conclusion of strategic contracts
• Regular reporting and forecasting to the Business Unit management

• Successfully completed degree in engineering (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering) or business administration with a technical affinity.
• Several years of professional experience in key account management and technical project sales, ideally in the automotive, test solutions, or e-mobility sector.
• Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for high-tech products that require explanation.
• Confident manner, persuasive communication skills, and negotiating skills at the decision-maker level.
• High degree of initiative, team spirit, and structured way of working.
• Willingness to travel internationally >50%
