• Build networks, establish new contacts, and develop sustainable business relationships with critical infrastructure companies, especially in the energy and water sectors
• Acquire complex projects from initial market analysis through the development of tailored customer solutions
• Identify market potential and relevant decision-makers
• Develop technical concepts based on the product portfolio, including electronic locking systems, access control systems, and escape and rescue route technology
• Act as the key interface with end customers in field sales
• Collaborate with sales, Business Development colleagues, and the partner network
• Contribute ideas for marketing activities, trade fair appearances, and product innovations
• Build and strategically develop key accounts.

• Experience in solution sales
• Several years of experience selling technical solutions
• Qualified professional training
• Strong sales skills and the ability to identify business opportunities
• Ability to convince stakeholders at eye level and advance projects through negotiation skills
• High IT affinity, initiative, and a customer- and team-oriented approach
• Willingness to work in field sales and travel extensively
• Very good German skills, written and spoken
• Nice to have:
  Experience in critical infrastructure, access control, building automation, or security technology.
