• You will build strategic client relationships across freight, logistics and post/parcel and develop defined accounts
• You will identify and originate new opportunities, shape account and sales strategies, and lead proposals and pursuits through award and into subsequent delivery
• You will lead complex strategy and transformation programs and translate client priorities into target operating models, roadmaps and solutions that can be implemented
• You will connect business and operating-model transformation with Data/AI, Cloud, Cyber, Connectivity, EAM, IoT, Smart-X and Application Modernization, while contributing your market and industry expertise to our TTL community and offering development

• You hold a university degree and bring several years of experience in management consulting, professional services, in-house consulting or a comparable leadership role in the TTL industry
• You have a proven commercial and growth track record: account development, originated opportunities, sales, pursuits and proposals, as well as credible relationships at management and C-level
• You bring industry depth in freight, logistics, post/parcel or an adjacent TTL segment and experience leading complex projects, programmes or interdisciplinary teams from strategy through execution
• You understand how business transformation connects with Data/AI, Cloud, Cyber, Connectivity, EAM, IoT, Smart-X and Application Modernization; fluent German and English and willingness to travel complete your profile
