Head of DIY Channel; d​/m​/w

• Lead the overall DIY sales business in Germany, with a focus on revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth
• Develop and implement the national sales strategy for the DIY market
• Manage and strategically expand relationships with existing key accounts, including negotiating and further developing commercial terms, listings, annual agreements, and commercial partnerships
• Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team, including Key Account Managers and the field sales force
• Manage sales KPIs, forecasts, budgets, and initiatives aimed at improving overall sales performance
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and international functional teams
• Strengthen the company’s market position, product presentation, and customer approach in the German market
• Represent the company in interactions with key retail and distribution partners

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a comparable field of study
• At least 8 years of professional experience in a senior sales leadership role, for example as Head of Sales, Sales Director, Commercial Director, or in a comparable position
• Extensive experience in sales to DIY stores, DIY retail chains, specialist retailers, or comparable customers
• Very good understanding of retail structures, sales strategies, listing processes, commercial terms and conditions, and the requirements of retail customers in the German market
• Fluent German and English language skills
