Regional Sales Manager for Agricultural Commodities; f​/m​/d

On behalf of our parent company AGROFERT Group, we are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Manager (f/m/d) to support and grow AGROFERT's agricultural commodities business across multiple European markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities across AGROFERT's markets outside the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

This is a hands-on sales role for a professional who enjoys being close to customers, understands agricultural markets and is comfortable working across countries and cultures.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across multiple European markets.
• Generate new business opportunities and expand AGROFERT's customer portfolio.
• Implement business strategy and tactics in the trade of plant-based raw materials and products.
• Lead sales activities, prepare offers, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer business.
• Represent AGROFERT at customer visits, trade fairs and industry events.

• Minimum graduation of secondary education, preferably with a focus on business, economics, agriculture or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, commodity trading, agribusiness, fertilizers or a related B2B environment.
• Proven success in managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of agricultural commodities and international markets.
• Fluent English is required;
  German is highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
