• Take full ownership of the Northern Europe region (UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and the Baltic states), running it with true entrepreneurial spirit and end-to-end responsibility for revenue, customer management, and business development
• Sell blown film, cast film, and sheet extrusion lines, as well as components, across our Business units, achieving defined sales targets while scheduling your own customer appointments and coordinating key projects with the Business Units' Sales Managers
• Identify and develop new and existing accounts, translating customer needs into technical requirements together with the supplying Business Units
• Present and negotiate technical and commercial proposals to close sales contracts
• Analyze and develop sales figures together with the sales departments in Germany, factoring in competitors' activities
• Represent Reifenhäuser at trade fairs and technical conferences with professional presentations

• Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. engineering, machinery, plastics, or other technology-driven sectors) or comprehensive, versatile on-the-job experience
• Proven sales track record in the investment goods sector, ideally in plastics machinery; experience with extrusion or plastics processing equipment, and Reifenhäuser's product portfolio in particular, is a plus
• Strong understanding of the Northern European market (UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, Baltics) and its customer landscape, ideally with experience managing a sales region
• Self-starter mentality with excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work independently and engage decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in English and a high willingness to travel frequently within the region; a base location within the region (UK or Scandinavia) is an advantage, but not a requirement
