About

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Claims Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Control Expert GmbH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end vehicle claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive claims procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive claims processing or insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle repair procedures, insurance policies, and claims regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using claims management software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of vehicle claims from initial report to final settlement, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Assess damages, review repair estimates, and coordinate with repair shops, insurers, and customers to facilitate smooth claims processing.
  • Investigate claims thoroughly to determine liability, coverage, and appropriate settlement amounts.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claim activities and communications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex claim issues promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining claims procedures, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, technological advancements, and best practices in claims management.
