For our valued client from the pharmaceutical industry, we are looking for a

Join an international project environment where well-structured documentation supports transparent processes, efficient collaboration and the successful implementation of complex construction projects.

• Manage and coordinate project documentation within the PIMs system in accordance with defined project procedures
• Process, maintain and distribute project documents accurately and ensure that all required information is up to date
• Upload, track, archive and retrieve technical and project-related documentation
• Monitor document revisions and maintain accurate document registers
• Provide administrative support to the construction project team
• Experience in document control, administration or a comparable support function, ideally in a construction, engineering or infrastructure environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint as well as knowledge of document management systems and BIM-related documentation processes
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
• Fluent English skills in written and spoken communication;
  German language skills are an advantage
