As Head of Revenue Operations (f/m/d), you will work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive performance, alignment, and efficiency across all revenue-generating functions will support our global commercial teams (Sales, Account Management, Marketing) by ensuring that systems, data, and processes are in place to deliver scalable and sustainable growth across multiple entities.
This is a highly cross‑functional role that requires close collaboration with our Finance, Data, and Tech teams to deliver transparency, automation, and commercial impact. A key part of the role is helping to define and manage target‑setting and incentive frameworks across both the publisher and advertiser sides of the business, ensuring teams are aligned to company goals.
Tasks- Partner closely with the CRO to implement and evolve MRGE’s commercial strategy across business units.
- Own and improve key commercial processes – including Salesforce workflows, KPI reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
- Collaborate with Finance to support quarterly planning, target‑setting, compensation models, and board reporting.
- Develop and maintain incentive frameworks tied to performance metrics across both publisher and advertiser teams.
- Work closely with the Data team to build reliable dashboards and ensure consistency across BI tools like Tableau.
- Coordinate with Tech and Product to support commercial tooling and automation initiatives.
- Track weekly and monthly commercial KPIs and develop reporting frameworks that support accountability and performance.
- Design and support training programs and enablement initiatives to upskill commercial teams, ensuring consistent execution of sales processes, tools, and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with commercial leads to streamline new business, publisher onboarding, and account growth processes.
- Support team OKR alignment and execution of strategic revenue projects.
- Act as a project manager for cross‑functional initiatives that support commercial success across MRGE.
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a digital business environment (media, affiliate, SaaS, or e‑commerce preferred).
- Proven experience working across commercial, finance, data, and product/tech teams.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Tableau), and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, ).
- Demonstrated experience in building or managing sales and performance incentive plans.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills – able to turn insight into action.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast‑moving, global environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bonus: experience in affiliate marketing, performance media, or working across multiple legal entities.
