We simplify mobility. Full‑time position in our Product Management Division in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as soon as possible.

• Drive the execution of Edenred Mobility's product strategy by defining a clear CRM and SRM vision and aligning the roadmap with business goals
• Collaborate across engineering, finance, customer excellence, and sales to design impactful, cost‑efficient product solutions
• Lead the full product lifecycle - from ideation and research to delivery, iteration, and optimization based on data and feedback
• Translate business needs into precise product specifications, ensuring quality outcomes through close work with Product Owners and Tech Leads
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships, communicate key milestones, and maintain a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset

• Hold a strong academic foundation in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology and bring extensive experience in Salesforce product management within innovative, tech‑driven environments such as start‑ups or scale‑ups
• Combine strategic vision with deep, hands‑on expertise in product discovery, user research, agile methodologies, and prioritization frameworks, using modern product management tools
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels, demonstrating leadership, end‑to‑end product lifecycle management, and a solid understanding of CRM deployment and information system impacts
• Operate with a data‑driven, agile, and transformation‑oriented mindset, leveraging insights and metrics to decisions and drive impact
• Fluent in English, with German or another European language considered a strong advantage
