WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue and expand Kickbase’s commercial partnerships.
  • Identify, engage, and secure high-value media bookings with clients and media agencies, leveraging Kickbase's position in digital football.
  • Manage the full deal cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing—ensuring alignment with company goals and brand positioning.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with Campaign, Community, and Product teams to develop innovative media proposals and activation opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow key partner relationships for long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless partnership execution and activation.
  • Partner with our Research team to utilize market insights, competitor analysis, and audience metrics to refine prospecting strategies.
  • Represent Kickbase at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs to promote the brand as a premier advertising partner.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital media or ad sales, preferably within sports, entertainment, or media sectors.
  • Proven success in securing high-value media bookings, negotiating deals, and driving revenue.
  • Fluent in German and English to communicate effectively across teams and clients.
  • Existing network and relationships with clients and media agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Sports Management, or a related field.
