Junior Supply Chain Manager

• Procurement Management:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs
  • Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with suppliers
  • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards
• Supply Chain Optimization:
  • Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Inventory Control:
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder points
  • Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Resolve any supplier-related issues promptly and effectively
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Use data analytics to monitor supply chain performance and identify trends
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement and supply chain metrics
  • Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
  • Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and supply chain operations
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management principles
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus
• You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also prioritize and manage yourself to get things done with minimal oversight
• You are able to anticipate issues and proactively propose solutions
• You are fluent in German and English;
  Polish is a plus
