Amazon offers flexible working options, including hybrid office/home working. All flexible working requests will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis with the manager at the end of the program.

Amazon Operations – corporate is part of the wider Amazon Operations structure. Specifically, Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is responsible for operational excellence and strategic planning in the middle mile, ensuring every Amazon parcel is delivered to the customer efficiently and customer‑centricly. The corporate structure includes supply chain professionals, program and product managers, process improvement specialists and business development specialists.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUp) and SQL
• Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
  
  Experience in program or project management
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Experience defining and executing program requirements
• Out of the workplace for 18+ months

• Experience driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience leading process improvements
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships at multiple levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, managing projects, and scheduling
