Global Finance Business Partner; m​/f​/d

Your Responsibilities

• Support of monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, master data management, and global consolidation activities
• Preparation and further development of management reports, consolidations, and automated reporting solutions based on modern data platforms
• Business partnering with Corporate FP&A through preparation, validation, and coordination of high-quality consolidation data
• Analysis and support of financial planning processes, including development of planning templates and validation of submissions from international stakeholders
• Collaboration with Data Science and Analytics teams to define reporting requirements and enhance dashboards and reporting tools
• Coordination and support of the rollout of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring financial transparency and decision‑making support
• Ownership and continuous development of regional profit and loss statements in close cooperation with Finance Business Partners
• Management and further development of business steering and governance processes based on the PDCA methodology
• Identification of performance gaps, tracking of corrective actions, and ensuring transparency of business initiatives
• Coordination and monitoring of transformation and improvement initiatives to support business performance

• Completed university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Experience in controlling, financial analysis, or finance business partnering within an international business environment
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes
• Expertise in financial modeling, business analytics, and decision‑support methodologies
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional and international stakeholders
• Knowledge of consolidation processes and financial governance frameworks
• Proficiency in SAP and modern reporting or data visualization tools
• Structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented working style with strong coordination skills
• Experience in the medical technology or healthcare industry is an advantage but not required
