In this dynamic position, you’ll develop and nurture long-term strategic alliances with key pharmaceutical manufacturers, with a strong emphasis on Generics, Bio Similars, Vaccines, and OTC sectors. Your expertise in relationship management, negotiation, and strategic planning will drive sustainable growth and innovation across multiple markets.
This role offers flexible remote working within the EU, with regular travel to key locations across Europe to foster vital partnerships and support business development initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience managing large pharmaceutical or related industry partnerships
- Strong generics industry experience specifically required
- Proven strategic, negotiation, and C-level engagement skills
- Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills in an international environment
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience advantageous
Skills:
- Experience in FMCG, medical devices, animal health, or commodities sectors
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
Education & Experience:
- Degree in business, economics, life sciences, supply chain, or related fields;
PhD welcomed
- Willingness to travel extensively within Europe
