As Chief of Staff (m/f/d) you are the right hand of our Managing Directors Lea and Jan. You act as a sparring partner and support them to drive the growth and development of anybill. You can expect an exciting and multifaceted role in which you will take on operational as well as strategic tasks and responsibility:

• Lead & execute strategic projects that have critical impact on anybill
• Own & build efficient venture operations - department specific (e.g. Finance) as well as cross‑functional/E2E and with specific teams on a project basis
• Drive growth initiatives across various teams and be a motivational force for the team
• Develop & monitor KPIs enabling capital‑efficient growth and data‑driven decisions
• Set strategic initiatives and roadmaps: collaborate with the managing directors to define and prioritise strategic initiatives and make sure the company moves in the right direction
• Leverage AI tools and up‑to‑date workflows to increase operational efficiency and enable faster, smarter decision‑making
• Assist with stakeholder management and investor relations including the preparation of board and management‑level presentations, reports, and analyses for internal and external stakeholders.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a fast‑paced environment (preferably startup, consulting, corporate development or similar)
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and growth with a hands‑on mentality
• Tech‑savvy mindset with tangible experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI)
• Exceptional organisational, analytical and communicational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work culture, handle ambiguity and stay focused despite a fast‑moving environment
• Fluent in German and English
