Stellenbezeichnung: Senior Manager Corporate M&A EMEA (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Senior Manager Corporate M&A EMEA (f/m/d) to join our Business Services division starting at the earliest possible opportunity
.

Your Responsibilities Strategy

You will plan and execute strategy and acquisition / carve-out projects for PwC across EMEA. You will identify and evaluate strategically relevant growth opportunities across services, industries, and geographies; perform market sizing, competitive benchmarking, competitor intelligence briefings, portfolio reviews and commercial due diligence projects.

Advisory

Your strategy and M&A advice will help PwC leadership translate complex data into strategic recommendations and thereby influence PwC’s market share, profitability, and return on investment. You will create a network within PwC, with its advisors, and with other professional services firms.

Transformation

You will oversee deal pipelines and value creation plans within integration and carve-out projects, ensuring a smooth handover from strategy to execution. This includes coordinating business units, internal functions (e.g. Finance), and internal / external advisors across the deal lifecycle.

Your profile
  • You have a relevant degree in business administration, mathematics, engineering or natural sciences with focus on business or finance or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of work experience across the deal lifecycle, within strategy consulting, Private Equity, or In-house M&A.
  • You have successfully delivered portfolio reviews, market entry assessments, commercial due diligence projects, and transformation or value creation projects, in a dynamic environment.
  • You bring the tools and mindset to manage direct reports and coordinate a diverse and international project team.
  • You are fluent in English and German and confident working in an international environment.
  • We appreciate a flexible approach to travel – averaging 1-2 nights per month based on project requirements.
