Your Contribution Drive the strategic development of new business opportunities, markets and applications in close collaboration with the division management, Sales, Marketing and Product Management Conduct and synthesize market analyses, market studies and sales data to identify growth levers, risks and opportunities Develop business cases, business models and go-to-market strategies for new products, technologies or regions Lead cross-functional, international projects from concept to implementation (e.g. market entry, product expansion, regional growth initiatives) Transfer successful business development concepts and methodologies across countries, regions and applications Monitor project progress and success using defined KPIs, providing structured reporting to management and key stakeholders Your Profile Academic background in Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable field, ideally combining business methodology with strong technical affinity Extensive professional experience in business development, product management, technical sales or a related strategic function Proven ability to work in a highly structured and systematic manner, translating complex topics into scalable concepts Strong analytical skills with experience in market studies, data analysis and strategic planning Ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders across functions, cultures and regions Excellent command of English;
