We are seeking a curious, data‑savvy, and insights‑driven Senior Partnerships Analyst to support the EMEA team, based in the UK.

This position focuses on uncovering trends, analyzing data, and influencing strategy through actionable insights which will enhance our existing Partnerships, support new Business Development and accelerate our business efficiency and effectiveness. These insights will impact across the student lifecycle so that we can better support our partners and students.

This role will work closely with leaders in the UK and colleagues in the US to ensure actionable insights are raised, implemented and tracked. Increasing the value we provide to our partners, their students and our internal teams.

• Creation of a source of truth, data management, collation & hygiene to support EMEA business operations.

  • Maintain, audit, and reconcile student records between Risepoint’s CRM and university partner systems, with deep knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Validate, clean, and standardize data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and reliability, and collaborate with internal teams to support development of the right dashboards and any automation.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver regular performance and engagement reports.

• Trend analysis & process optimization across the Student Journey to support business growth through growth in new enrollments, improvements in retention or reduced cost of acquisition.

  • Analyze student lifecycle and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across all business functions to support business growth.
  • Analyze information at programme, vertical and portfolio levels to inform optimization requirements and wider trend insight, to support programme and partnership growth.
  • Develop hypothesis and conduct root cause analysis to explain metric changes or emerging patterns.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling narratives and visualizations, with clear articulation to business stakeholders to secure buy‑in.
  • Provide insights that inform strategic planning and enhance the student lifecycle and business processes.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and team members to monitor optimizations and ensure meaningful impact on key metrics.
  • Create tools to manage, track and reconcile data on program performance alongside business projections, to improve our forecasting and identify additional opportunities.

• Trend and market analysis to support Business Development success and Partnership revenue growth, through identification of opportunities to differentiate and improve our proposition.

  • Monitor emerging consumer and societal trends across industries to help identify innovation opportunities, leveraging existing paid and free data sources. Create clear narratives and presentation of trends to support decision making on product success.
