You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• You create sales and demand forecasts for the Food & Beverage assortment
• You collaborate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, and Category Management teams to align forecasts, inventory, and capacity planning
• You maintain and optimize forecast models and perform scenario analyses to support business decisions
• You monitor forecast accuracy (MAPE, Bias) and implement continuous improvement measures
• You coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches to ensure accurate demand planning
• You create reports and dashboards for management and key stakeholders
• You analyse demand trends, seasonality, and performance data to identify risks and opportunities
• You contribute to improving planning processes, forecasting tools, and operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or Forecasting, ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail environments
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI or analytics tools is a strong plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in German and English
