Summary
At FACTUREE, we are transforming the manufacturing industry through digitization, automation, and AI-powered workflows. As an Associate Product Manager (m/f/x), you will help turn user insights, operational knowledge, and business processes into better product decisions.
You’ll join our Product team and work closely with Engineering, QA, and operational teams to support product discovery, create clarity around complex workflows, and gradually take ownership of your own product initiatives. Along the way, you’ll use modern AI tools extensively to accelerate research, analysis, and documentation.
This role is designed for curious, analytical people who enjoy understanding complex systems and want to grow into Product Management.

Yourresponsibilities with us
- Support Product Management in day-to-day product operations and discovery activities
- Organize, structure, and analyze user, customer, and stakeholder feedback
- Conduct and summarize interviews with users and operational teams to identify improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation for products, processes, and business workflows
- Transform discussions, operational knowledge, and product decisions into a structured and accessible knowledge base
- Prepare requirements, workflows, and smaller product improvements for implementation
- Support product discovery, research, validation, and testing activities
- Assist with release communication and change management initiatives
- Use modern AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, documentation, and knowledge management
- Spend time with operational teams to develop a deep understanding of business processes and customer workflows
- Gradually take ownership of smaller product initiatives and improvements
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work independently on new topics
- Strong interest in software products, business processes, technology, and AI
- Ability to create clear, structured, and high-quality documentation
- Highly analytical and structured thinking with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Confident use of modern AI tools to improve research, analysis, and productivity
- Ability to organize, synthesize, and communicate information from multiple sources
- Initial exposure to Product Management, Business Analysis, Operations, or software projects is a plus, but not required
- Experience with tools such as Jira or a basic understanding of software development processes is an advantage
- Strong written and spoken German and English communication skills
- High curiosity, strong learning ability, and genuine interest in understanding how businesses operate
- Strong ownership mentality and an independent way of working
- Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach
- Pragmatic problem-solving mindset, even in dynamic or ambiguous situations
- Open communication style and the ability to collaborate across different departments
- Interest in Product Management as a long-term career path
- Learn modern Product Management through close collaboration with experienced Product and Engineering colleagues
- Gain deep insight into manufacturing, procurement, workflow automation, and complex business processes
- Work directly with users and operational teams to understand how software creates business value

- Use AI as an everyday productivity tool for research, analysis, and documentation
