Indirect Procurement Manager

You bring experience in indirect procurement, enjoy taking ownership, and can maintain a clear overview even when not every process is perfectly streamlined yet. In addition,
you currently live in Munich and are able to follow our 3:2 office policy (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home).

you prefer to work alone, view change primarily as an obstacle, or lack a holistic perspective on procurement, business needs, and stakeholders.

• Development and implementation of product group strategies for indirect procurement (e.g. marketing, IT, logistics, energy, HR services)
• Execution of strategic procurement processes (tenders, negotiations, supplier selection)
• Analysis of procurement markets, cost structures, and pricing factors, as well as identification and realization of cost-saving opportunities and value-added initiatives
• Establishment and management of supplier relationships and contracts
• Implementation of supplier evaluation and risk management
• Implementation and use of digital procurement tools and platforms, as well as integration of new tools into the existing ERP/SAP landscape
• Contribution to the development of key performance indicator systems and procurement controlling
• Ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines and governance

• You have several years of experience in strategic procurement and product category management within indirect procurement
• You have a strong understanding of procurement markets and pricing mechanisms, as well as extensive experience in negotiation, contract drafting, and supplier management
• You are proficient in using digital procurement tools and platforms and can integrate solutions into SAP/ERP systems
• You possess strong analytical and business acumen and stand out for your entrepreneurial mindset and assertiveness
• You work in a structured and strategic manner and communicate confidently with various stakeholders
• You have excellent English skills and are comfortable operating in a global environment
