• Strategic Consulting on Equal Footing: You provide existing and new clients with well-informed advice on all matters related to brand management, positioning, and communication. You serve as a valued sparring partner for decision-makers on the client side.
• Brand & Communication Strategy: You develop holistic brand and communication strategies for various industries (B2B and B2C) and ensure that strategy and execution go hand in hand.
• Positioning & Narrative: You distill complex business and product topics down to their essence and translate them into clear core messages and robust positioning concepts.
• Insights & Market Understanding: You analyze target audiences, markets, and market research findings, draw the right conclusions from them, and derive clear, practical recommendations.
• Workshops & Facilitation: You design and facilitate strategy workshops with client teams and guide participants in a structured manner toward concrete results.
• Team Collaboration & Development: You provide inspiring briefings for the creative team and work closely with interdisciplinary teams.

• Extensive experience: You have 5+ years of solid professional experience in strategic brand consulting or brand planning—ideally in an agency setting.
• Consulting skills: You think like an entrepreneur, quickly understand client needs, and communicate even complex strategic concepts in a clear and compelling way.
• Analytical & practical thinking: You work in a structured manner, distinguish the important from the unimportant, and always approach strategy from the perspective of the goal and feasibility.
• Confidence in presenting: You can present your results and concepts to clients and internal teams with confidence, approachability, and conciseness.
• Team spirit & curiosity: You value collaborative partnerships, have a keen sense of current communication and media trends, and enjoy driving initiatives forward.
