Your Responsibilities:

• CEO Agenda & Strategic Support: You act as a trusted Business Manager to the CEO, managing priority settings and providing data-driven recommendations to accelerate top-management decision-making and strategic growth initiatives.
• Operational Excellence & Governance: You drive smooth strategy execution, establish operational business rhythms, and ensure executive leadership is fully briefed, prepared, and informed.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: You lead high-impact strategic projects, fostering collaboration across departments to ensure aligned execution and consistent representation of initiatives.
• Industry Insights & Innovation: You analyze emerging market trends, technological shifts, and industry perspectives to help shape the future of the tower infrastructure business.
• Action Tracking & Optimization: You take full ownership of executive action points, proactively identify process bottlenecks, and contribute strategic ideas for continuous business optimization.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a comparable field.
• Professional
  
  Experience:
  
  Several years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business management, ideally supporting top-level executives.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong analytical capabilities to translate complex data into actionable insight, along with high proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional project leadership, excellent communication and stakeholder facilitation skills, structured results-orientation, and high self-initiative.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level required).

At Vantage Towers, we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Düsseldorf.
