Will you be our new Operations superstar for the pig sector?

At Agro Vision, everything revolves around smart software for the agricultural sector. For our pig farming customers, we are looking for a colleague who not only answers questions but also actively thinks about finding solutions. Together with your team, you help our customers keep moving forward, which makes your work diverse and enjoyable every day.

• As an Operations employee, you are the first point of contact for pig farmers via Whats App, phone, and email.
• You help customers with questions about our programs, sometimes guiding them via Team Viewer, and ensure that everything runs smoothly again.
• Whether it’s an error in the software or a connection that isn’t working, you act quickly to make sure the customer can continue their daily work without problems.
• You will often receive questions about our pig software, but you can also expect administrative and/or basic software questions.
• Next to supporting customers directly, you will also take care of customers’ data entry and data analysis.
• You will guide and support customers, helping them understand how our software works and highlighting the value of their data.
• Together with your team, you work on the growth and improvement of our software.

The international Operations team consists of approximately 55 people in various roles. The office in Germany is placed in Osnabrück.

• You have knowledge of pig farming, preferably sows;
• You like to structure your work and help others to do the same;
• You are solution-oriented, proactive, and flexible;
• You can put a smile on our customers’ faces;
• You enjoy communicating with customers and you keep your promises;
• You have the ability to think in terms of systems and processes;
• Fluent native German and advanced written and spoken English.
