Test Engineer; f​/m​/d

For our office in Trivandrum, dSPACE is looking for creative and motivated professionals. You will work on exciting and technologically cutting-edge product development projects, in the areas of control prototyping and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) simulation.

We are offering a position, as a Test Engineer for Validation and Tool chain testing team, to test our products. As part of the AGILE team, you will take responsibility for documentation of test procedures, test cases from product requirements. In doing so, you can expect a variety of exciting, challenging, and diverse tasks that you will solve together as a team.

• You implement defined test concept and perform test implementation and execution of complex product or part of a product.
• You execute defined test procedures and the documentation of test results.
• You maintain and improve test cases.
• You develop and evaluate automated tests in a result-oriented manner.
• You contribute to our Dev Ops efforts to build, test, and release software faster and more reliable.

• You have a B.Tech/M.Tech university degree in Computer Science/Electronics and Communication.
• You have minimum 3 years of experience and is eager to learn and open-minded.
• You have strong test engineering skills or want to build those.
• You have passion for writing automated tests using Python, C#, Power Shell
• You are familiar with writing MATLAB test scripts and creating test models with MATLAB / Simulink/ Stateflow
• You are familiar with dSPACE tools such as Target Link and System Desk, test setups and executions on Linux, Docker, and Windows environments.
• You are familiar with Agile software development and use of Azure Dev Ops and Git

• You have excellent English communication skills
