• Automate testing, builds, and deployments via Git Hub Actions or similar
• Improve Docker Compose setups and evaluate ECS/Fargate/Kubernetes
• Implement infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi)
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry)
• Optimize Gunicorn, Celery workers, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Implement rate limiting, API security, secret and access management

• Strong understanding of OOP, RESTful APIs, SOLID principles
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins)
• Production-level Docker & Compose expertise
• Familiarity with Flask APIs, RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL
• Performance optimization for Flask (Gunicorn, async, Celery)
• Awareness of Firebase Auth or other third-party authentication systems
• Monitoring experience (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry)
• Growth mindset & eagerness to explore new technologies

• AWS (Lightsail, S3, ECS) or Google Cloud experience
• Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi)
• Automated API testing (pytest, Swagger)
• Multi-tenant application architecture knowledge
• Dev Ops & backend engineering bridge experience
