About the role

At IONOS, we are digitizing sales with Hub Spot, automation, and data-driven processes. We are looking for a dedicated working student to help implement Hub Spot sales workflows, automate reports, and support the sales team in their daily work. You will work on real customer projects, develop practical solutions, and immediately see the added value your code delivers in sales.

Tasks
  • Implementation of Hub Spot sales projects for deals, pipelines, automated email sequences, etc.
  • Development of Hub Spot workflows: creation and maintenance of automated actions (e.g., follow-up emails, task assignments).
  • Data integration:
    Connecting internal data sources (e.g., Looker, Aircall).
  • Reporting & dashboarding:
    Creating meaningful sales reports and KPI dashboards in Hub Spot.
  • Testing & optimization:
    Continuous improvement of implemented processes.
  • Documentation & knowledge transfer:
    Creating user guides and training materials for the sales team.
Qualifications
  • Good Hub Spot knowledge (practical application) and initial experience with APIs.
  • Motivation to test and scale CRM systems in a practical environment.
  • Builder mindset - you like to quickly implement, iterate, and improve ideas.
  • Analytical thinking and structured, independent way of working.
  • Ability to explain technical solutions in an understandable way.
Technical focus
  • Hub Spot (workflows, pipelines, APIs).
  • Data visualization (Looker, Hub Spot dashboards).
  • Workflow automation.
