As Head of Transformation / PMO at ISOPLUS, you will lead the transformation agenda of one of Viessmann Generations Group's largest portfolio companies across its decentralised European organisation. Reporting directly to the CEO of ISOPLUS, you will translate strategic priorities into execution and drive key initiatives across the Group.

With direct CEO reporting, exposure to the VGG ecosystem and strong development opportunities within ISOPLUS, this role offers an attractive step-up for someone looking to move from advising transformation to driving it from within.

ISOPLUS is a leading European provider of pre-insulated piping systems for district heating and sustainable energy infrastructure, with more than 1,500 team members, nine production sites and a presence across 30+ countries.

Since 2024, ISOPLUS has been part of the Viessmann Generations Group (VGG) portfolio, combining ISOPLUS' industrial expertise and international footprint with VGG's long-term ownership perspective and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

You will build and steer the Group-wide transformation roadmap, creating clear priorities, accountability and transparency across key initiatives. This is not a traditional PMO role. You will combine transformation leadership with hands-on execution, working across Germany, Austria, France, Eastern Europe and other European markets.

• Develop and steer the Group-wide transformation roadmap, translating strategic priorities into clear initiatives, milestones, KPIs and measurable outcomes

• Drive cross-functional transformation and restructuring initiatives from concept through implementation

• Establish effective PMO governance and performance tracking, creating transparency on progress, business impact, risks and required decisions

• Coordinate initiatives across ISOPLUS' decentralised European organisation, managing dependencies across functions, countries and entities

• Work closely with initiative owners to remove roadblocks, drive accountability and ensure effective execution

• Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership, preparing key decisions and providing structured insights on transformation progress and priorities

• 3-5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, with a strong track record in transformation, restructuring or performance improvement

• Experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives, ideally within industrial, manufacturing or decentralised organisations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear priorities and actions

• Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with high ownership and the ability to drive progress across organisational boundaries

• Confidence working with senior executives as well as operational teams in an international environment

• Strong communication skills in German and English

• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe, typically up to three days per week
