Do you have experience in the Automation industry on a software or technical level?

I am currently representing a global leading automation company worldwide. They are looking to continue their growth in the market; the company are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer to assist with the servicing and commissioning of their customer’s automation systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning of assignments and participating in commissioning, inspections, and service work on automation systems on their maritime operations. Moreover, you will organize, create and implement training courses for customer personnel.

The successful candidate will be supported with on-boarding training, and have the opportunity to gain more responsibility in the future.

• Plan and carry out service work, inspections, and commissioning of automation systems on ships around the world
• Travel internationally to perform on-site service and troubleshooting
• Handle and resolve technical issues, complaints, and customer feedback
• Organise and conduct customer training on the operation and management of the automation systems

• Professional experience in automation technology
• Experience on either the Software or Service side of Automation systems
• Willing to Travel internationally often (Up to 90-100% Travel)
• Experience in Maritime or a comparable industry
