• Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance and accounting
• Several years of professional experience in a managerial position in financial accounting and/or as a tax consultant/auditor
• Very good knowledge of HGB and IFRS accounting
• Collaborative personality with proven leadership and communication skills
• Hands‑on mentality - independent, structured way of working and highly solution‑oriented
• Enjoy building and expanding structures and processes in a dynamically growing company
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems (ideally MS Business Central) and a high affinity for IT

• Overall management of the accounting departments of the Green cells GmbH group of companies and management of the accounting department of the Green cells Group Holdings Ltd. Group
• Ensuring the timely submission of high‑quality consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS as well as local GAAP for the Green cells GmbH group of companies
• Close cooperation with the Procurement, Controlling and Treasury departments as well as auditors and tax advisors in Germany and abroad
• Continuous improvement, automation and digitalisation of accounting processes, also with the aim of near‑close reporting
• Gradual internalisation of the accounting of foreign subsidiaries
• Creation and updating of IFRS accounting guidelines
• Optimization of the use of Business Central on the accounting side
• Integration and continuous development of the 6‑person accounting team
