As a Program Manager Digitization & IT Transformations, you lead complex digitalisation and IT transformation programmes at our clients. You combine strategic insight with execution power: you translate vision into results, engage at the C‑level, and ensure programmes deliver tangible business value.

You operate from within our advisory environment, but your impact is anything but abstract. You set direction, create momentum, and realise transformations that truly matter.

• Defining, structuring, and steering multi‑phase digitalisation and IT transformation programmes
• Ensuring sharp alignment between business strategy, technology roadmap, and execution
• Acting as a trusted advisor to C‑level executives and building broad organisational buy‑in
• Translating complex technology challenges into clear business cases and value creation
• Establishing governance, KPIs, and management reporting that actually work
• Leading multidisciplinary teams of consultants, client staff, and partners
• Identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities within client relationships

• A demonstrated track record leading large‑scale IT transformation or digitalisation programmes
• The ability to operate, influence, and connect at the C‑level
• Strong commercial instincts, with experience in advisory or consulting environments
• Expertise in programme governance, risk management, and performance tracking
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in international and multicultural contexts is a plus
