We are looking for a Supply Planning Analyst to join Edgewell Personal Care, a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 well-known brands, including Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black, and Cremo Grooming.

At Edgewell, you’ll find a collaborative, international, and supportive Supply Chain community. In this role, you’ll act as a key enabler in balancing service, cash, and cost by ensuring a reliable and achievable supply plan across short, mid, and long-term horizons.

• Own and maintain robust supply plans for assigned product families and items across all planning horizons, ensuring capacity feasibility
  
  Own end-to-end production planning for assigned product families, including production line planning and finite scheduling in SAP, while coordinating material availability to ensure executable production plans

• Work in close alignment with Operations to ensure capacity feasibility and commitment to the supply plan

• Identify potential gaps or risks to service or utilisation and proactively drive mitigation actions before impact

• Ensure effective communication of supply plans and performance to key stakeholders, including Operations, Procurement, S&OE, and SMR

• Monitor scheduling adherence, inventory levels, and plan achievement, learning from deviations and continuously improving outcomes

• Provide clear visibility on key Supply Chain KPIs, including:

• Service and UFR (Premium Value Chain)

• Supplier OTIF (internal and external)

• Inventory levels, quality, ageing, SLOB %, and turns

• Supply Plan performance and constrained nodes

• Support the Supply Planning Manager in local SMR, EBP processes, and…
