The Construction Director is responsible for leading the on‑site execution of large‑scale EPC projects within the biopharma and life sciences industry, ensuring delivery excellence across safety, quality, schedule, and budget while driving team performance and client satisfaction.

The Construction Director is responsible for leading the on‑site execution of large‑scale EPC projects within the biopharma and life sciences industry, ensuring delivery excellence across safety, quality, schedule, and budget while driving team performance and client satisfaction.

• Responsible for overall construction performance on large EPC projects in the biopharma and life sciences industry, covering EHS, financials, schedule, and quality.
• Lead the Exyte construction team on site, including managing subcontractor meetings and motivating internal and external project team members.
• Develop and implement the construction execution plan, including defining construction sequences and schedules at project start.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure on‑site construction performance, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and standards.
• Maintain strong client communication and relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report construction status to company management and actively contribute to risk identification and mitigation planning.

• Successfully completed studies in the field of construction engineering or management, architecture or similar.
• Several years of experience in related industries (biopharma, life sciences) and EPC construction management experience.
• Fluent German skills, very good English skills.
• Detailed knowledge of construction sequences and construction methodologies.
• Track record of successful project delivery within a large organization.
• Willingness and ability to travel and stay on site for a longer period.
