For our team in Stuttgart, we are looking for you as our Architect Project Management (m/f/x) – Spatial Communication

• You are responsible for the organization and management of existing large-scale projects across all project phases (HOAI service phases).
• You advise and guide clients and all project stakeholders in a naturally confident and assured manner.
• You actively shape interdisciplinary processes by collaborating with other experts while taking demanding design requirements into account.
• You provide technical/professional leadership to your internal interdisciplinary team and maintain close dialogue with the Creative Director.
• You ensure smooth and cost-efficient project execution.

• You hold a degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• You have several years of experience managing large-scale projects and are familiar with the challenges that come with project-based work.
• You place great importance on sophisticated design and innovative ideas.
• You are well-versed in applying relevant laws, standards, guidelines, building regulations, and VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures).
• You find it easy to guide less experienced team members and to support and motivate them during stressful phases.
• You are an empathetic personality who convinces others through confident presence, assertiveness, and strong communication skills.
• You have an interest in diverse experiential spaces brought to life through state-of-the-art media technology.
• You are confident presenting in both German and English.
