We're looking for experienced Clinical Study Managers to support the operational execution of clinical trials — while contributing to cutting-edge AI projects at the intersection of medicine and machine learning.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned clinical operations professionals who want to do meaningful work on their own terms.

What You'll Do

• Manage clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to keep studies running on schedule
• Oversee study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
• Coordinate with CROs, investigative sites, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day study operations
• Identify risks early, resolve operational issues efficiently, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Apply your clinical operations expertise to help evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research

Who You Are

• Experienced in clinical trial project management, with a strong command of budgets, timelines, and operational workflows
• Skilled at managing CROs, vendors, or external research partners in complex, multi-workstream environments
• A proactive problem-solver who keeps studies on track even when things get complicated
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently without day-to-day supervision
• Clear and confident communicator across cross-functional and global teams

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools, clinical data platforms, or healthcare technology
• Background working across multiple therapeutic areas or geographies
