Administrative & Operational Management of the SPA Department
Organization and coordination of daily SPA operations, including treatment rooms, saunas, pools, and fitness facilities
Development and implementation of wellness concepts, services, packages, and pricing strategies
Procurement, maintenance, and inventory management of cosmetic products, equipment, and other supplies
Staff planning, including shift scheduling and vacation planning
Team-oriented leadership, supervision, and training of staff
Recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of new employees and trainees
Active guest engagement and providing a warm and welcoming host experience
Guest care and consultation to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay
Handling guest requests and complaints, including complaint management
Close collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Budget planning, cost control, and revenue growth
Preparation of reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback
Ensuring and monitoring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations as well as quality standards

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in the SPA and wellness sector or an equivalent qualification
Professional and leadership experience in a similar or deputy management position
Passion for the job, reliability, and strong team spirit
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong service orientation, guest-focused approach, and conflict resolution skills
High level of responsibility and accountability
Professional, confident, and well-groomed appearance
