Your mission & challenges

As a Montagefacharbeiter, you will take on a key role in the mechanical and electrical assembly of our robotic systems and ensure that every component is manufactured precisely, integrated correctly, and operates reliably.

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components as well as complete robotic systems according to technical drawings and specifications (e.g. cooling system, skeleton assembly, electronics, SW commissioning)
• Integrate and wire mechanical and electrical components into fully functional units
• Perform quality and functional tests on assemblies and robotic systems to ensure flawless execution and verify that all defined requirements are met
• Document occurring errors, create precise error reports, and actively support systematic troubleshooting and root-cause analysis

• A completed technical vocational training, for example as an Industrial Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician, enabling you to confidently work with technical drawings, bills of materials, and assembly instructions
• Interest in mechatronic systems as well as modern automation and robotics technologies
• Ideally, further training as a Technician or Master Craftsman
• Professional experience in automation or robotics is an advantage
• Experience in wiring and electrical installation, as well as knowledge of quality assurance and testing procedures for electromechanical assemblies, is a plus
• A professional attitude combined with a careful and well-structured working style
• Enjoyment of teamwork, a strong service orientation, and the ability to stay organized in demanding situations
• Confident communication skills in spoken and written German;
  English skills are an advantage
