• Acquisition and placement of office space
• Customer acquisition and customer retention for office space inquiries
• Qualified handling of rental requests and single assignments up to contract signing
• Analysis and evaluation of objects
• Organization and execution of viewings
• Creation of offer concepts and client presentations, including execution

• Successfully completed commercial training or equivalent studies
• Several years of experience in a sales-oriented approach with commercial real estate, particularly affinity to the office real estate market
• Convincing / negotiation secure appearance and communication strength
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team player mentality
• Excellent German and MS‑Office skills
