About the Role: We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4 Service Consultant for the implementation, configuration, and management of SAP S/4 Service and SAP Field Service Management (FSM). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business users, IT teams, and management to ensure the seamless deployment, integration, and optimization of latest technologies like S/4 Service, SAP FSM and CTI within our existing SAP landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure SAP S/4 service solution incl. SAP FSM based on approved requirements
• Manage the integration of SAP FSM with the S/4
  
  HANA service module to ensure a seamless process and master data flow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and integration in line with our guidelines and governances
• Optimize SAP S/4 service processes to enhance operational efficiency in close collaboration with I2R stream lead and business leaders
• Provide ongoing support and training to users online and on-site in European subsidiaries
• Extension of business capabilities by using additional technology like computer telephony integration or document management

Profile:

• Proven experience with SAP FSM, S/4
  
  HANA service and other cloud-based solutions like Sales Force
• Deep understanding of service management processes such as service order management, service contract management, and warranty management
• Familiarity with the business processes in industries that use S/4
  
  HANA Service, such as manufacturing, utilities, and professional services
• Strong understanding of SAP integration processes with focus on BTP CPI or similar technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure a high level of customer service
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• General mobility is required ( approx.. 25%)
