Feature Integration Testing (FIT)

• Lead and facilitate Feature Integration Test (FIT) sessions to validate end-to-end PP and QM process flows within the S/4
  
  HANA solution.
• Ensure PP/QM processes are correctly integrated with adjacent work streams (MM, SD, WM/EWM, Finance, Plant Maintenance) throughout FIT cycles.
• Document test outcomes, integration findings, and decisions arising from FIT sessions.
• Coordinate with workstream leads to resolve integration issues identified during FIT execution.

• Plan and lead end-to-end MOCK runs for PP and QM, simulating production-representative scenarios to validate the solution ahead of SIT.
• Coordinate business participation and ensure key users are prepared to execute MOCK scenarios.
• Track and resolve issues arising from MOCK sessions; document outcomes and sign‑off criteria.

• Drive the build and unit testing of SAP S/4
  
  HANA PP and QM functionality in line with the agreed solution design.
• Oversee development specifications for any agreed enhancements, forms, or reports within the workstream scope.
• Manage the workstream delivery backlog and coordinate tasking with a small offshore team (two resources).
• Participate in sprint reviews, design authority sessions, and Steer Co updates as required.

• Review and validate test scenarios for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) covering PP and QM process flows.
• Lead defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution for PP/QM issues raised during test cycles.
• Coordinate with the testing workstream and business teams to ensure test coverage and sign‑off.

• Support OCM activities related to PP/QM process changes, including business impact assessments and input into training content.
• Work with the OCM team to identify key user groups and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.

• Support cutover planning and execution for PP/QM data migration activities (master data, open orders, inspection lots).
• Provide on-site and remote hypercare support post go‑live, resolving production issues within agreed SLAs.
• Ensure stabilization of PP/QM processes and handover to the support organization.

• Minimum 5+ years of hands‑on SAP PP and QM functional experience across implementation or transformation projects.
• Proven track record as a PP/QM functional lead or senior consultant on at least one full S/4
  
  HANA implementation (brownfield (smartfield) transformation).
• Experience in manufacturing industries — aluminium, metals, chemicals, or comparable process/discrete manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of PP/QM master and transactional data.
• Strong understanding of integration touchpoints between PP/QM and MM, SD, and FI/CO modules.
• Experience participating in or leading FIT sessions and MOCK exercises within a structured S/4
  
  HANA delivery methodology.
• Ability to manage client stakeholders and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
  German language skills strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in an agile delivery environment; proficient with tools such as Jira for backlog management, issue tracking, and sprint ceremonies.

• Experience coordinating or leading small offshore/nearshore teams, providing task direction and quality oversight to remote resources.
• Experience with batch management, classification, and material characteristics relevant to metals/aluminium (e.g., alloy grades, coil tracking, quality certificates).
• Experience with SAP QM in the context of industry-specific quality standards for metal producers.
• Experience with complex MES landscapes in manufacturing environments, ideally within the metals or aluminium industry.
