IT Systems Administrator

• You are responsible for the support, administration and further development of Microsoft 365 and cloud environments.
• You ensure the smooth and secure operation of server, network and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, security components).
• You assist with migrations of legacy systems to the cloud (365, SharePoint, file services, etc.).
• You work in a team that shares knowledge and follows clear standards so that quality is not left to chance.
• You support the implementation of new technologies and contribute ideas to help evolve our services.

• Several years of experience administering Microsoft environments
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, Exchange Online, and Windows Server
• Experience with networking, firewalls (e.g., Sophos) and endpoint security
• You think in solutions rather than workarounds
• You work independently, communicate clearly and keep your commitments
• You enjoy technology, responsibility and working with people
• Fluent German and confident technical English.

Demonstrates extensive experience in administering Microsoft environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, Entra , Intune, and Exchange Online. Capable of ensuring secure operations of server, network, and cloud systems while effectively communicating and collaborating within a team.
