As the Lead Engineer for Architecture and Structural Planning (CSA Lead) (m/f/d), you are responsible for the management and execution of construction projects in the areas of architecture, infrastructure, and structural planning. You lead the team, ensure quality and budget adherence, and guarantee effective project execution and communication on‑site.

• Project Execution:
  Responsible for the timely execution of projects in the areas of architecture, infrastructure, and structural planning for high‑tech facilities.
• Planning and Coordination:
  Lead the planning and coordination of all project phases from design planning to construction‑related planning.
• Project‑related team management:
  Professional management and coordination of the project team as well as external partners and subcontractors.
• Communication:
  Regular coordination and communication with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Budget and Quality Control:
  Responsible for adhering to the project budget and quality standards, developing countermeasures for deviations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Management and Control of Approval Processes:
  Coordinate and oversee necessary higher‑level approval procedures and processes within the project execution framework.

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in leading projects with high technical complexity in the construction or infrastructure sector in German‑speaking regions.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Experience in team leadership and collaboration with subcontractors.
• Strong skills in project management and budget control.
• Structured and reliable working style, willingness to work, and excellent communication skills.
