As an Expert Lean Management (m/f/d) at Exyte, you will play a key role in implementing and further developing our Lean philosophy across international projects.

• Implementing Lean Design and Lean Construction methods across all project phases using PPM (Project Production Management), LPS (Last Planner System), and Exyte standard software.

• Training project team members and key users on Lean Construction methods, tools, and software.

• Continuously improving and optimizing standardized Lean tools and methods in close collaboration with stakeholders.

• Driving the transformation and development of high-performance teams by inspiring enthusiasm for Lean principles and production control.

• Acting as the first point of contact for all Lean Design and Construction-related topics within projects.

• A degree in engineering or project management.

• Understanding of lean principles, experience in implementation of Lean project delivery methodologies.

• Experience in construction projects.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to facilitate workshops and trainings.

• A hands‑on mentality and the motivation to drive sustainable improvements.

• Flexibility to travel to our projects to support and train the teams to implement Lean and Production control.

• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
