As a Supervisor Construction Management - Process System (m/f/d), you are on the construction sites overseeing our subcontractors as well as managing the execution of complex EPC projects or subprojects for plants and factories.

• Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with a focus on electrical engineering
• Ensuring standard‑compliant installation and integration of electrical systems, including medium and low‑voltage systems, power distribution and control technology
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors as well as an overall view of what is happening on site at the construction site
• Checking and approving technical documents such as cable plans, circuit diagrams and test reports
• Documenting construction progress and reporting to site management
• Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Participation in site inspections, acceptance and coordination meetings
• Recording and tracking defects
• Taking measurements and checking the documents submitted by subcontractors

• Completed apprenticeship construction engineering (e.g. master craftsman/technician (m/f/d)) or engineering degree in the field of electrical engineering, building services engineering or a comparable discipline
• First professional experience in construction supervision or execution of electrical engineering projects
• Knowledge of building laws, local regulations and standards is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the D‑A‑CH region and to stay at the project site for 5 days at a time
• Strong intercultural skills, team spirit and an independent way of working
• Very good written and spoken German language skills for smooth communication with some of the project partners
• Very good knowledge of English
• German driving license class B
