• Take ownership of air export shipments from booking through to delivery.
• Coordinate airline bookings, collections and overseas partners.
• Prepare MAWBs, HAWBs and export documents, arranging customs clearance.
• Keep customers informed and find practical solutions when challenges arise.
• Manage quotations, shipment costing and invoicing.

• Air export operations experience within freight forwarding.
• Good understanding of customs, export documentation and airline bookings.
• A proactive approach and confidence managing shipments independently.
• Strong customer communication skills, with good German and English.
• Dangerous goods knowledge would be an advantage.
