As Vice President Strategy Exentec, you will shape and drive Exentec’s strategy and value creation agenda within the Exyte Group. Positioned at the interface between Exentec and the broader Exyte organization, you will work closely with Exentec Management, business line leaders, and senior stakeholders across functions to align strategic priorities, guide key decisions, and enable sustainable growth and profitability.

In this high‑impact leadership role, you will translate strategic priorities into actionable programs, clear governance, and measurable business outcomes. You will also collaborate closely with Exyte Strategy & M&A and relevant group stakeholders on selected strategic and structural topics, helping to ensure alignment between Exentec’s business priorities and the broader direction of the Group.

This role is ideal for a leader who combines strategic depth with strong execution capabilities and thrives in a dynamic, ambitious, and international environment.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Define
and drive Exentec’s strategic direction by shaping the company’s positioning, differentiators, offering, footprint, and long‑term growth priorities, and by developing the 3–5‑year strategic roadmap, value creation plan, and financial ambition for the business.

Lead strategic planning and execution by translating strategy into governance, decision‑making frameworks, financial plans, targets, and performance metrics, while driving high‑impact strategic initiatives from business case development through execution and value delivery.

Provide
strategic insight and decision support through market, client, competitor, portfolio, and scenario‑based analyses, and act as a trusted advisor to Exentec Management on key business decisions and enterprise priorities.

Build alignment across the organization by leading the business analytics team, aligning business line strategies, and collaborating closely with Exentec Management, Exyte Strategy & M&A, and relevant business and functional stakeholders.

Shape strategic communication and organizational impact by ensuring clear internal and external strategic narratives in close collaboration with Marketing & Communications and by supporting a consistent translation of strategy across the business.

Show your expertise

Experience: Master’s degree and/or MBA, combined with more than 10 years of experience in business consulting and in‑house industrial strategy roles, as well as a proven track record in strategic planning and implementation within large, fast‑growing, international organizations.

Leadership and capabilities: Senior‑level leadership experience with the ability to lead a corporate strategy function, strong analytical and conceptual skills, a structured and data‑driven approach to problem solving, and the communication skills required to operate effectively with senior management and board‑level stakeholders.

Business perspective: Strong business acumen, the ability to translate strategic priorities into effective business initiatives, and a self‑driven, assertive, flexible, and collaborative leadership style suited to a dynamic and ambitious environment.

Industry background: Relevant experience in manufacturing and construction‑related services, with preferred exposure to sectors such as semiconductors, batteries, biotechnology & life sciences, and data centers. Experience in M&A and integration is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
