** Your tasks

* Conceptual collaboration in the development and development of training formats in the area of leadership excellence
* Supporting agile teams in identifying and preparing future-relevant HR topics

* Excellent team spirit and strong communication skills (oral and written)
* High level of initiative, proactivity and willingness to learn
* Structured and results-oriented way of working as well as good organizational skills
* Analytical thinking and ability to work in a problem-solving manner
* Safe use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
* Curiosity and interest in HR, leadership and development topics

This position is also available on a part-time basis.
