We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Recruiter to join our team, focusing on Western Europe, with a particular emphasis on Germany and France. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence talent acquisition strategies and support our business growth across key markets. As a Recruiter at Bodycote, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and sourcing top talent to meet the evolving needs of our organization.

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within technical or industrial sectors.
