We are seeking a motivated Rechtsanwältin/Rechtsanwalt specializing in Corporate Law / M&A to join a highly specialized legal team advising national and international clients.

This role offers exposure to sophisticated corporate transactions, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on complex legal matters involving M&A, corporate governance, shareholder structures, and commercial disputes.

This role is best suited for a commercially minded lawyer with strong academic credentials, interest in Corporate / M&A law, and the ability to work within sophisticated client-facing legal environments.

• Advise national and international clients on corporate law matters
• Draft and negotiate Corporate and M&A agreements
• Support transactions including share purchase agreements, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements
• Advise boards, managing directors, shareholders, and supervisory bodies
• Support matters related to corporate governance, compliance, and liability issues
• Participate in judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution matters
• Collaborate closely with partners and interdisciplinary legal teams

• Fully qualified German lawyer with strong academic performance in both state examinations
• Strong interest in Corporate Law / M&A
• Excellent German (C2) and English (C1) communication skills
• Commercial mindset and interest in business-related legal matters
• LL.M. or doctorate beneficial, but not required
• Ideally 2–3 years of experience in Corporate / M&A law — strong career starters are also welcome
